From floor plan ideas to tile and fixture selection, as well as ongoing advice and assistance, they made the process so straightforward. Their experience and knowledge was the best we found. Mirror Ceramics truly is a one stop shop for everything you need for your bathroom renovation. We will certainly use them again and would highly recommend their services.

Very good Alex has tiles no one else has he has a very good eye and knows how to put things together very happy with my experience...support local business! The big chains are taking this away from us. Mirror ceramics were cheaper than Beaumont tiles...better service here!

I've visited more than half a dozen tiling showrooms/stores across Newcastle and Mirror Ceramics was by far my best experience and worth reviewing. Huge range and great selections in quality and price. The whole store you'll find is easy to navigate around and tiles are beautifully displayed or easily accessible. The customer service provided by Alex and Amy was absolutely phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, patient and provided expertise advice which made my decision making much easier. They also provide a huge range in bathroom accessories, toilets, vanities and baths which were surprisingly cheaper, had a longer warranty and looked better than the options I had in Reece plumbing! Highly recommend. Alex you're a legend and a life saver mate.
