Greg & Luke went above and beyond! Honestly, both their customers service was exceptional and unique in comparison to our local dealership who we’d been going to for years. They treated us like actual people, so down to earth, there was absolutely no unnecessary sales talk or tactics performed, unlike their other MAZDA competitors. Just two honest, fair and straight up blokes. They took us seriously, did everything they possibly could to earned our business. After ordering truck parts in oct 22 I was told a few weeks wait then after not receiving any communication at all I contacted spare parts in feb 23 and was told still no parts yet, a few days later they found my parts but they were wrong parts, excuses were 2 ppl had left the spare parts section then after waiting almost 5 months for my parts the Spare parts manager asks me what the vin number for my truck is for the 3rd time, if I could give zero stars I would, dont waste your time.
