Malabar Beach
If u r there early enough then parking is great.Awesome place for kids as the play ground is awesome and under sails to keep the sun off.The water is reasonably clear, but it's still bitzie. Lots of bits floating about. I just haven't seen any improvement in that side of the water quality for years. Sadly.I would always wear plugs. Definitely don't drink the water. It looks an amazing beach thou. Can get busy if the weather is good.

Great beach for a family day out. Many people were snorkeling so must be great sight n underneath.There is shower and toilet facilities near by and a playground for kids as well plus free parking.

Malabar Beach
Beautiful small beach that is not too crowded. Lots of free parking available nearby, as well as BBQ facilities. Interesting rock formations by the shore where you can go on a little adventure or take fantastic photographs of.

Malabar Beach
Malabar beach is a great local beach. I used to come here a lot for snorkelling which I recommend. Just try not to come too soon after a rain event. Some of the Eastern Beaches are known to be quite polluted - particularly after heavy rain which washes rubbish out to the beaches.

Beautiful location, but way too busy on the weekend.A few people block the path by parking all the way forward to the fence over the foot path do was difficult with the pram and beach wagon loaded up and little one sitting on top.( As pictured)Plenty of rocks and seaweed to access the water. Even without the seaweed rocks everywhere.Water was clean and clear could see some fish around us as we swam.Many spearfishing people, may be a great spot or well known for it there.

Water depth and wave conditions great for young children, however I found lots of broken glass from beer bottles when digging in the sand with my 2yo son. Luckily the sand had smoothened all the sharp edge of the pieces I found...

Malabar Beach
Located in the south of Maroubra Beach, Malabar Beach is relatively small, but equally beautiful. With BBQ , Picnic facilities and lavish lawns by the seaside, it is a very popular destination for the locals to unwind there. Nevertheless, I personally discourage None - Local residents going there during the weekends, because it can be over- crowded due to its Size. Therefore I give a 4 Stars Rating only. Photos attached.
