I came in at 12:30pm 04/11/22That was the best hot and spicy zinger box I have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly, salted chips, lovely staff, clean seats. Didn’t wait long. Burger perfectly made, not sloppy and all over the place.Keep it up and it will be the only kfc I come to!

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 30mins for the food in the waiting lane.Went to check the food at the counter and order was not ready....I was told to wait for another 5mins.Don't waste your valuable time and money at this KFC.

Needs to improve customer service. All Young staff need a better customer service training. And quality of the chicken original is not up to the standard. I will definitely not going back to Wollert KFC.

I think the manager needs assistance with his mental incapability of understanding that you cant fit a truck through the drive thru and then later commenting that he doesnt care that I cant go through the drive thru with my truck because this place cant get their eftpos machines to work inside. This place lacks the relevant knowledge and understanding of customer service, cooking and pacing out the work. Had to ask the tradie working inside to call someone to take my order because they werent serving anyone inside

Nice clean KFC. Nice indoor seating.I bought the Zinger Box and it was delicious!Chips were cooked nicely.My meal was good.The day I went in, the self service booths didn't work so I had to order via the front counter, however the staff were nice.

“brand new” kfc is absolutely disgusting. burnt chicken in burgers, old chips and no salt, chicken wings were cold. nothings fresh and everything was made in a rush.

went through drive thru about an hour ago, was sent to waiting bay because they were “waiting for nuggets.” I was cool with that. But my nuggets and chips were cold and old, and my popcorn chicken looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the barrel with mostly chopped up pieces in the box. Usually I check my bag before I leave but i didn’t because I just assumed they would be fresh since I had to wait longer than usual. Not good!Extra star for the girl that served me cos she was nice!

I upgraded my meal only to get a bunch of oily, raw chips and a dodgy bottle of Pepsi that leaked all over my car. Terrible.

Hi have been really disappoited twice as when ever i take out food from here they serve just half pack of chips in large portion is equal to regual i can say packing so bad
