She was always prompt to answer any questions or solve issues that came up during the tenancy, and always did so in a professional manner. She did an amazing job, I would highly recommend.

A͏ quiet achiever, professional and knowledgeable.My property was put on the market at difficult times with lockdowns. Ivan and Suzi worked tirelessly negotiating with tenants to show prospective buyers, mindful of the tenants safety and requirements. They were knowledgeable about the market and were excellent in their communications throughout the sale process. Strong communication skills, direct (no BS or sales spiel) and kept me involved through the process.From a vendor's perspective, Eddie was a fabulous communicator at each stage of the listing and selling process and he kept me regularly informed of relevant developments. His appraisal of the current market value was spot on and wasn't padded. Quality agents who really know their patch.

Eddie was recommended to us through friends who Eddie helped sell their place at Mosman. It was a recommendation we were very happy we received. Eddie from the start was open, helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. This was not an easy time for sale as interest rates were sky rocketing each month. We were concerned but Eddie kept us hopeful and put everything into it. Eddie was correct. Our property sold and a good price. I would recommend Eddie in any capacity selling your property.

Andrew Thomas recently sold my apartment in Cremorne and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work he and his team did, and the price he achieved. I found Andrew to be honest and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond during the sales process - he even let me and my cat sit in his car during open for inspections when Sydney was deluged with rain! Aside from his professionalism, he’s a good human being amongst the sharks of the Sydney real estate market. Joe has managed several investment properties for my husband and I over many years. His service has always been exceptional, from arranging and carrying out renovations on 2 apartments to dealing with day to day issues of property management. He has also been of great assistance in providing rental appraisals and related advice in relation to the purchase of a variety of investment properties. Any issues we have had with any properties, such as maintenance, have been quickly dealt with. I would highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone looking for a property manager.
