I ordered flowers and cakes to be delivered and they were everything i could have asked for and more. The service here is informative and they really go above and beyond. Not to mention the amazing feedback i got on how well the flowers were presented and how tasty the cakes were. If you want to impress someone then I recommend you order a delivery from the nook!

Either my expectations are high or their standards are very low, but my husband has just paid $20 for the most beaten up looking bunch of roses I have ever seen. Presented beautifully but as the saying goes you can put lipstick on a pig but it will still be a pig! I would have taken them straight back normally but I did not want to hurt his feelings, or is this what they are hoping for? Not happy. :(** Sorry Julie, I would accept the offer of a refund paid into my account considering roses all drooping today and half dead! They should never have left the shop in this state. Not the way to do business in a small community. **

Can't speak highly enough of the fantastic service I received from Julia, after communicating by phone and email to arrange a birthday cake to be delivered to our holiday accommodation. Julia delivered a beautiful personalised chocolate and fruit birthday cake in time for breakfast on the special day, and all at a very reasonable price.
