Edge Compounding Pharmacy
Except to wait a week or so for scripted orders. Zero communication or updates and medication isn't shipped the same day. The labels are made the day of payment but they'll hold the order without notifying you of the delay. Nobody answers the phones and the text line has you waiting literally hours for a reply. I switched over from Astrid and now have a follow up booked in to switch back. I'll happily pay the slightly higher charge for excellent customer service and the sustainable and durable packaging this pharmacy lacks.

Edge Compounding Pharmacy
Do not use edge pharmacy. They do not answer the phone. If they do they are rude or too high to function. I've received multiple packages that were not sealed properly, one that was not sealed at all. I was amazed the postie didn't steal my buds. They sometimes take days to respond to a dispatch request. Honestly the biggest shambles of a dispensary I could possibly imagine.

Switched my scripts over from Astrid to Edge. Honestly, I was a bit sceptical as Astrid was always super fast. I have to say; I'm blown away by the service and speed. I was running very low on my medication, and the pharmacy was able to rush the script through and send the tracking within the day. Thanks so much, team!!!

We have been clients of Edge Compounding Pharmacy for a few years now, and Shereen's customer service is outstanding. She has always been very quick to respond, arranges our orders promptly and guides us with her vast knowledge. We wouldn't consider going elsewhere for compounded product. Thank you to the team!

This pharmacy is not the best for medical Cannabis patients for sure, but they do seem to care about their patients. Communication could be better but I truly believe they are improving. Worth doing business with

Worst pharmacy to deal with, I have been waiting over a week and my medicine still hasn’t been dispatched. Took 2 days to respond to my texts and they never answer the phone. Clearly they don’t care about their customers cos if they did they wouldn’t make you wait over a week for your medication. I have just started to deal with Astrid Dispensary in South Yarra, they dispatch the same day and when you call they answer right away and are very polite. I highly recommend Astrid Dispensary.

Repeatedly have sent me nearly expired medication. Considering how insanely expensive it is, it is encouraged to order multiple of the same script to save on shipping. So many were sent at once with expiry dates the same month. Really sad about this. Cost hundreds of dollars for expired meds. Also their dodgy bpay always added a ridiculous fee on top of the hundreds of dollars.

Very slow to respond, very slow to dispatch. No automated payment system, they request you fill out their bpay form and enter your own payment amount and account details.

Nothing ever in stock and charging 20 dollars for a vape cartridge is just appalling and when u pay a processing fee of another 2.47.. product cost 153.. u end up paying 175.47.. considering it's medication.. i won't support this type of pharmacies.. and will inform others of better pharmacies
