I had a terrible experience with Michael's Phones. I took my phone in for a repair, and they assured me it would only take a few days. However, it ended up taking over a week for them to fix my phone. When I finally got it back, the repair was not done correctly and my phone had even more issues than before. I had to bring it back for them to fix it again, which added even more delay. The customer service was also lacking, as the staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend using Michael's Phones for phone repairs.

Got a phone case and a new screen protector price was good 40 eachBut service was poor both men spoke to quite and hardly said a word no smilesThe screen protector is perfect 100% straight and no bubbles

Fixed my phone screen first time was very good however got it fixed again and was not happy about the quality of the screen it wasn't as clear or good quality so they replaced" it with another one however you cannot see the screen when it's a sunny day even when the brightness is up to full. Also the glue is coming off the screen and is pretty much off the back

I had new protective covers put on nmine and my husbands phones. Both of them are not the right size and don't even reach the edges! They should have just told us they didn't have any in stock instead if putting the wrong ones on and charging us full price!

Stay away from this shop. I went to replace my screen protector and they didn't fit in the right size and don't even reach the edges! They should have just told me they didn't have any in stock instead if putting the wrong ones on and charging us full price! They ripped me off.

Took my phone to replace screen protector and they damaged ear speaker mesh while replacing...speaker started to muffle. Took it back and they denied to accept fault and wanted to charge $80 for replacement of mesh.Rip off...

Stay away from this shop. Had my cracked screen repaired only for the new screen to develop cracks less than two weeks later. They refused to honour their warranty and accused me of lying, saying I must have dropped the phone. Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. #nocustomerservice #rubbishwarranty
