me and my family went here at exactly 5:57 so and they were closing at 6. three minutes is more then enough time for us to get a few lollies, however when we enter we a lady called helen told us to ‘hurry up we’re closing’ so we quickly ran in and out my daughter asked her were the eucalyptus lollies we’re and helen completely ignored her while another costumer helped my daughter. we felt very unwanted and rushed. all we wanted were eucalyptus lollies this was not a good experience

Always a pleasure to shop at this store.The staff all go out of their way to make sure shop is clean and well stocked.Staff always have a goodmorning" or "goodafternoon" for customers. I have watched them interact with the elderly and they should be commended."

It would be great if they did a stock take of items to ensure they are not past their use by or best before dates. We have made 2 purchases in less than a week and one purchase expired in May this year. Once realising, I had my husband check the item he purchased only a few days ago, only to find the same issue but with an expiry date of DECEMBER 21. These items were also taken from the front of the shelf. It makes me wonder how many other expired items are sitting on the shelf? Yes we can check before buying but also regular stocktakes should be undertaken to ensure customers are not purchasing items that have gone bad.

The people working here have absolutely no attention to detail, I think they are illiterate there as they can not follow picking slip for orders. Skim milk - that means any milk they see first? mixed grain bread - that means crumpets to them? 1Kg of bananas - guess I'm only allowed 1 banana? Poor handling and poor communication and just really bad customer service. Don't waste your money doing online here - BIG FAIL.

The prices aren't the cheapest and the selection is ordinary but I'll shop there cause it's local, it actually was very good going back 17 odd years ago

This IGA is a decent shop has pretty much everything haven't been in for a while all is still good just funny to see that IGA has also jumped on the plastic bag wagon .
