I was accidentally sent the wrong item, and before I had even got home to see my parcel had arrived I had an email from customer support letting me know they had shipped my new parcel out. Not only that, I was given a 20% off code for the inconvenience and sent a mini mascara with my new package. Can't recommend this company enough, they are the best!

Skimpy looking clothes at expensive prices. Shipping is agonisingly slow. Bought my daughter a birthday present several weeks ago, it still has not arrived. Avoid!

My favourite online store. Service is 10/10. Ordered before 2pm and I received my products 1pm the next day. Reliable returns system but sizes are always true to size and the pictures are very accurate! Could not recommend more.

Amazing customer service! Great quality for good prices. The sizings are accurate too. I ordered my parcel one late public holiday night and the next day it arrived. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so i returned it for free and my new order arrived with express Saturday shipping within no more than 2 days of me returning my order. Couldn't give a higher recommendation to an online clothing store. SO IN LOVE!

Don’t get credit just get a refund from this poorly runner company. Bought a romper and it was ripped from the moment I got it. They new stuff just gets uglier and pricier. At least other stores will give you their money back.

Placed my first order in the early hours of Sunday morning (JS launch) & received by early afternoon on Monday.. I am SO stoked that an awesome business like Princess Polly is located in the same state that i'm in as I qualify for same day delivery :) :) Their products & prices are great, I was kept informed through out the whole transaction! Have just made my second purchase through their website this morning :) will definitely be a returning customer :)

Such amazing service and clothing! Never have I ordered all my clothing (from shoes to jeans to jewellery) solely from one Australian based store! I think they must know my address off by heart now! Do not purchase from this website...it's a scam! I have reported them to BBB. I placed an order on May 6 and still have not received an order (as of 5/31). I was given two different tracking numbers and neither one was a delivery of my package!

Ordered 10.30pm on a Tuesday night, parcel arrived at 1pm the next day, amazing delivery service! The item I purchased was true to size and fit perfectly. Will definitely shop there again.

Horrible experience.Ordered in November, they say all packages have shipped. I called FedEx with the tracking number, FedEx says only the label has been created and no package has shipped. I spent a lot of money for Christmas and now not 1’package will make it in time for our Christmas celebration. Very horrible company to deal with. They are now blaming Covid 19 and weather. Interesting, they say they’re in California and I’m in California and the weather hasn’t been bad at all!
