Australia Post - Geraldton Post Shop

I give the post office a 3 star because it looks very nice from the outside but finding the front door there is none you have to go past to coffee shops and down a little early and then through the sliding door then you're actually in the post office once inside the post office it is very nice well said out and quite large I found the staff to be pleasant and it was quite quick to be served apart from the main entrance I found the post office quite nice from mwh

only open during business hours..absolutely useless for people who work during business hours, considering they do not offer Parcel Lockers (even though they do have parcel lockers - this ONE post office in the whole country insists you must be a PO Box customer to use the Parcel Lockers) and are closed all weekend.notice how the only 'positive reviews' are short and not detailed, and have the local guide" tag?.. corrupt people who sell positive reviews to businesses

The young man behind the count is absolutely rude and disgracefulness. Why you are rude when you can not help out customers with simple inquiries. I would never go to this post office if i had another option.

Extremely rude I tried to avoid them but the package delivery driver just beeps the horn and drives off someone is always home at my house. Then you need to waste your whole lunch break trying to find parking then wait in line its been over an hour more than once. By the time you get to the counter it's a huge and puff to help

A number of times I have been served by a younger man at the Geraldton post office and on each occasion have found him to be detached and dismissive. He never smiles or makes eye contact, only providing short one word answers when necessary.My husband walked up behind me while I was speaking with this worker and when we walked away my husband commented on how rude he was towards me.It's disappointing as it actually puts me off of shopping in this store.

Weird design for the hidden entrance, plus this is easily the slowest PO with the biggest queue I've ever been too.The staff are nice and helpful, but God damn they need more employees working round the clock. Maybe an express queue for parcel pickup too?

Very rude man behind counter. The more I come to this post office, the more I get the impression that the employees really hate working here. No smiles, and no customer service. - don’t come here. You’d be better off at 5th St News & Lotto

Older woman serving there would have to be the rudest employee I've ever met working in a Post Office. Clearly has no idea what customer service is about and tried to use BS excuse that the floods were reason my express post was delayed.When asked who can I talk too she gave me a phone number and when I asked why she couldn't call as part of customer service she said she couldn't.I immediately called the number and got the answers I expected from them.Absolutely disgusting service how do these people hold onto their jobs seriously management obviously has set a very low bar and accepts this level as the norm.Why pay for express postage when they can't deliver in the time frame....pathetic. Australia is just getting worse.

The most inadequate Post Office I have ever had the misfortune to attend, lacks staff, too cluttered too small and the lady who eventually served me I said you deserve a medal!!! Said after waiting in line for 1/2hr!!

Always super helpful and open to offering options that would be cheaper AND safer to send certain goods. Very busy place and they put up with a lot of stuff and don’t get the credit they deserve. Good on them!
