Maureen made a Black Forest Gateaux for my husband's birthday. It was elegantly decorated with fresh cream and chocolate shards and looked stunning. As requested, Maureen produced a gateaux for us that was rich and luscious and not blindingly sweet like some celebration cakes can be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maureen.
