There was an event being held so we couldn't see all the exhibitions. The lady at the front desk was so nice and explained everything before. We still left a donation and saw the rest. We liked the exhibition with the food paintings, not the best when you are hungry. They look so real. Woukd definetly go another time to see what we have miassed. Quiet a few parking spaces on the road. We found 2 to park with a trailer.

Such a nice local art gallery. Perfectly organized, it has a very nice feel to it, and a coffee shop to seal the deal. And very helpful staff.Thank you very much for such a great experience.

This is an excellent art gallery that would not be out of place in a capital city. Wonderful art works and Exhibitions. There is a great cafe/restaurant and a gallery shop. It is located beside the Aboriginal Cultural and keeping place.

This is a great attraction for Armidale, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety of the museum artwork.The staff were welcoming and helpful. For kids they have activities such as a artwork treasure hunt.The gift shop sold high quality goods. We purchased a couple of items.The Cafe on site was also worth a visit, our food was delicious and sitting outside amongst the trees in the courtyard was relaxing and enjoyable.Highly recommended.

This is such a nice spot to explore, a lovely gift shop, activities for kids (sometimes), and a nice cafe.

Such a lovely free regional Gallery! I visited with my sister and was greeted by the front of house staff. She was warm and welcoming. The exhibitions on show were historical, dynamic, and humorous! Displayed beautifully. Thank you for making art accessible to the regional community.

Wonderful gallery. Filled with art on all levels and with a section supporting the artists young and older in the community and region. Missed out on a series of art classes, some of which were free and would have loved to attend. Also supporting the local indigenous peoples. Well, it's worth a visit, or just drop in and check out what's happening!

Nice museum with quality artwork, good ambience, and an enjoyable cafe attached for after your visit. And of course a gift shop, with interesting artifacts and prints. This visit they had an exhibit from the collection of Howard Hilton featuring very interesting paintings of Australian and International topics, a Ken Done exhibition, plus assorted contemporary works including some amazing water colours. Entrance is free, and you can make a donation by tap-and-go to support the museum. Also check out the various sculptures spread outside the museum and cafe!
