Listed as being open 24 hours but it’s all a lie, here I am at 10:30pm no pie no baccy just hurt, this is deep water horizon mark 2 for BP

Older lady who served me with glasses was quite rude. Her job is to serve people and she made me feel like I bothering her by being a customer

Staffs are providing professional services and place is maintained neat and clean. On my enquiry about 24Hours opening timings, they mentioned that they tried to update it multiple times but it is not getting reflected.Would suggest owner to update the opening hours under 'From the owner' section and to answer the queries raised related to opening hours.I am happy with your service, location, hygiene and you deserve 5 stars :)

Look the place itself is nice and clean, I have always found the staff to be courteous, but the opening hours are certainly not as advertised, and this is frustrating.Also they are pretty lax with the window washing stuff, god knows why?Its the little things ... right? :)

Very friendly staff especially at night. Lovely to get back from the ski resorts to such cheerful down to earth people (who have great music tastes might I add). Always very clean, never low on pies and great coffee too! I am unsure as to why everyone here has rated it so low based solely on its incorrect hours, as a quick read through reviews has told me that it doesn't seem to be the business's fault and is an error they are trying to fix. All in all one of the best BP servos I've been to!

Too many people sooking about toilets and coffee, there are toilets at the previous roundabout at the tourist info at the skate park and the shopping centre.It's a servo not a cafe, although my mocchas were excellent and as a meat pie connoisseur I give these ones 5/7 (100%).Staff were always super friendly for the two weeks I was staying next door and filled up there multiple times despite new covid laws coming in half way through our stay.(Pro tip- staff at servos,shops etc are more annoyed at ever changing covid laws then we are and don't get paid enough to put up with your whinging, if you have a problem write a letter to someone who cares.)Only issue is it's only open 24 hrs in winter, which needs to be updated on Google maps.See you in the morning for my pie and iced coffee on the way home.

Came to this BP station on 31/7/2022 around 8am. Wanted to make an enquiry and ask the barista if I can ask any question. The barista rejected rudely and looked at me with disrespectful expression. The worst customer experience I’ve ever had! Brought down the whole standard of customer service in Australia. Very disgraceful

Skinny old bloke with the dark hair completely ignored me at the counter, stood there for 20 seconds before one of the younger fellas rushed to help me apologising for the other Cashier (who didn't even seem phased that he hadn't seen me). Weird to see that the younger staff have more respect for the job than the ones who you would think are supposed to be mature. I felt bad for the young bloke.Other than that worker, place was clean, staff member who actually served me was nice and coffee was good too

This servo is not 24 hours. Very disappointing to find this out at 2am. Both google and BP website says it is 24 hours. Very clearly shut, but now I am stuck. Not happy.
