Matt and his team are very professional, reliable and friendly. Highly recommend.We had major work done on a 3rd bedroom as the ceiling was 10mm too low. Matt and the boys were able to raise the ceiling an extra 100mm and re-sheeted the walls and basically tidied the room up so it blended with the rest of the house. Also adding a ceiling light/fan as well as down lights. The difference is incredible.

Having watched Multistruct building a new house on a very steep difficult block nearby and inspected the completed house to confirm the quality of finishes, we contacted Multistruct to quote for renovations on our 90-year-old Queenslander.We initially planned new terrace with retaining walls, full kitchen demolition and reconfiguration, internal remodelling, a new entry with internal staircase, and building under to create a rumpus room plus laundry / kitchenette and storage.Matt patiently worked through our plans and objectives with us, offering ideas, solutions, and budget savings - even when (in the case of the stone-clad retaining walls) this meant putting us in touch with a specialist to undertake the work instead of him. Matt understood our desire to maintain the character of the house, reusing the original decorative windows and other features where possible, and gave us confidence he knew very well the challenges of renovating a not-very-level older wooden house that had been modified and extended several times over the years. He was upfront on costs and inclusions, and timing of activities.Matt and his team of very skilled and experienced trades men and women did an excellent job, were friendly and thoughtful, leaving the work areas tidy at the end of the day, and communication was always clear – all very important as we remained living in the house during the work.We were very happy with the quality of work, at what was a fair price, such that we have engaged Matt and his team to undertake further work including a new carport, bathrooms, and a timber shed in the style of the main house to add another WFH space.We highly recommend Multistruct as reliable builders who can tackle even the more difficult projects with integrity and professionalism.Jeff & Debra

Matt managed every contractor and designer, he made sure everything was done to my specifications and a high quality standard. Multistruct Builders Review-I was referred by a friend to Matt from Multistruct. After doing some research, I made the decision to go with him. We all couldn’t be more happier for doing so! His wonderful team, excellent subcontractors and awesome advice, was a credit to them all. My only regret was not engaging him sooner before the architect stage, as his knowledge would have saved us money. We can’t recommend him more. Matt professionally managed our reno of 8 walls removed, kitchen relocated, our bathroom extended, and the footprints of 3 other wet rooms changed, not to mention us, who had quite a lot of stress going on our lives at that time. Highly recommend Multistruct Builders for any building jobs you need done. Matt and the boys were incredibly reliable, professional, knowledgeable and informative.Our job was a complete kitchen reno which involved removing and rebuilding walls, as well as cutting in doors and Installing Bifolds/servery. Matt was able to communicate with me and allow the space needed as well as keep some of the old features of the house. The kitchen now has a definite wow factor and we love it.
