ARB 4x4 Accessories Nundah

Be careful at ARB Nundah. In store services and products are great but workmanship is another matter. I’ve just had a roof rack fitted to my ARB canopy (which I love). After picking it up I noticed a lot! of scratches on the tailgate, my Ute isn’t immaculate by any stretch of the imagination but I know what marks are on it. I told the team instore, only to be told ‘I can’t see how that’s us’. It’s just totally tarnished my excitement for getting my new racks

Great service from David. I had a Bull bar that was originally on another car and he helped me get the right parts for it. Also left with some good info for my air compressor and a part that it needed too.

Went to purchase a couple of vehicle access permits for Fraser and received such great service from Tristan. He was so helpful and really friendly. We have been to a few 4x4 places and the service has been nowhere near as good as ARB.

First time at an ARB at the service was great. had my snorkel sorted out by Dave/David and he was just happy to discuss any questions i had related to cars. The team jsut felt so geniune and real and were not just trying to make a sale. Had the sale end sorted by a younger gentleman, forgot his name (sorry) but he was so honest and also up for a chat.If you're after geniune, great service and keen to learn more i highly reccomend this team. Will be back... when i have the money for the next upgrade what ever that may be.THANKS ARB NUNDAH!

Deadset legends! Efficient and accountable. Johnny and the Manager Ben really bent over backwards to rectify my issue. Couldn't be happier with their service. I also love my new rearview camera. Thanks boys, keep up the great work!

Great service. I placed a special order for a part. It got in the day they told me it would. Had a great chat with the service manager, can't remember the name but he was really helpful.

Highly recommend. Took on a bit of a mess from others workmanship and rectified my 105 series diff center. ARB Nundah were happy to help with Great Communication and really went above and beyond to help a bloke out and get me back on the road ready for some adventure. Thanks a bunch goes to Adam and Dave. Honestly I’m pretty disappointed with the work here. All the items are fine. The customer service has quite a bit to be desired but it’s not the most important thing. The workmanship and quality control was so disappointing. I honestly would have done a better job myself. Everything was just zip tied and they weren’t even zip tied in a good or smart location. Really felt like they just tried to smash it through with a Junior apprentice. I’ve been with ARB for a long time (never this one) but after this experience I will go to TJM and see how they are

Had a problem with my Amarok tray lid lock and turns out to be an easy fix with Tom just applying some oil over it. Knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Thanks!
