If I could give it a negative star review I would!!!! Don’t waste your money or time! I purchased something for a friend on November 18th, I received an email the next day to state that one of the items was out of stock - No issue! I respond with the alternative! I have since sent 7 emails being that this was a christmas present! I have called four times with no answer! I have received an email on the 5th of December stating that hadn’t received an email and that it would be sent out asap, I have requested express even happy to pay the cost! No response since then! Disgusting customer service

Really poor service, takes forever for item to be shipped, items seem to never be in stock, dont get confirmation notifications, dont get responses for days... avoid.

Faulty product. Not air tight. Sent email once received and response was asking for a photo. Clearly a photo to show issue is impossible? Stated such in reply email and was completely ignored and seems like staff don't know how a pipe even works or non English speaking more likely and the response was asking me again for a photo??????Just tell me how to return and give me a new one or credit on different type. 2nd purchase from here, bad quality and even worse customer service.

I recently ordered a Shisha from The Bong Shop, and it is so beautiful, the photos on the website didn't do it justice. I was so impressed, considering how reasonably priced it was, and it was so carefully packaged to ensure nothing broke in transit. Would highly recommend!

Have ordered from here a few times now and most recently was a nice bong that's comes with a wooden box that originally cost $310. When I got it there was hairline fractures in it. I sent through an email to them and they got back to me quite fast, I told them the issue and showed photos and they told me what I needed to do which was easy. After sending through the broken/faulty form I had received a reply within 2 business days telling me they have sent out a new one and I had received the emails already confirming that. I'm happy how efficiently it was sorted out and the respectfulness of the staff. We also ordered another different one the same day and will be doing so again soon.

Absolutely hopeless. No call back, no reply to email finally got a hold of them only to be told it's not in stocks. $30 on express post to wait a week with no information and then told not in stock". Better be 100% refund"

Buying here since 2009, 'til this year all was fine. Last 3 months 3 Glass/Pyrex pipes have fallen apart, literally.-Not dropped, or hit with a poker- they fully just disintegrated clean into two pieces!I wouldn't mind if it only happened once & someone answered my msgs!

HAVE A READ PLEASE. I just purchased from them recently. Guys stay away from this business. At first I thought it was all legit however when my postage came the ceramic head of the hookah smelt like burnt flavour therefore it had been used and was done a backyard job. Have a look at the photos for yourselves guys. I emailed the business first to see what we can do about it however after not getting a reply I have decided to take this further. UPDATE *** Samantha has resolved the issue and it might be a little late but thankfully everything has been dealt with amazingly. Thanks so much. 5 stars to how this was dealt. Be aware that most emails do go to their junk and that is why they do not respond otherwise they reply within 1 hour.

Made an order, been stuck on processing for 3 weeks. Enquired 2 times to get tracking information or some semblance of an update, was ignored the first time and second time I was lied to saying they would get in touch with me, that was a week ago. They're literally just ignoring me outright now.This is an awfully run company that doesn't deserve to be in business.
