Only after 2 months, I submitted my 2 weeks notice to change day care. They did not care about my concerns and were always undermining. I have lowered my expectations and I said to the team leader, that’s OK, as long as my daughter did not fall. She said, “That’s kind of you”.My daughter fell from the bucket chair, while being fed. She was left unsupervised sitting in bucket chair without safety belts on. She is 9 months old. She hit her left side of the head resulting in swelling and redness. Managers can only told me that risk is important part of development? And they asked me to sign a form.My daughter was never cleaned properly and this has been ongoing and I have mentioned this to the team leader beforehand. So then, I took matters into my own hands and change her nappy myself when I pick her up. Team leader seemed to be very upset about this. I am more upset they never clean my daughter properly resulting in nappy rash. Why is she upset? As long as “nappy has been changed”. Nobody cares about how clean. Note: she never has any nappy rash prior to Nino. She only developed nappy rash from their care – from them not cleaning her properly or in a timely manner. I do not trust the quality of their care.My daughter was either given another child’s milk or they did not give her milk but wrote it in the daily communication book that she had her second bottle – which one is it? I asked for clarification, and never got an answer. When I asked her, she said she was sure that my daughter had her second bottle. Then I asked her, then how come her second formula container was still in the bag when I got home? Whose milk did you give to my daughter? She said, I'll ask the girls and find out or I will double check for you". Next day

It's a hard choice sending your little one to childcare. I've just started my 4 month old at Nino and I'm glad they care for her as if she's theirs. She comes home happy and healthy every week, and I receive regular updates on everything she does throughout the day which is so reassuring.I'm hoping the experience continues through until Primary School and I don't see why not. Can't comment on the food but it always looks good!

Before sending my son to Niño Malvern East when he was 9 months old, I looked at many centres to find the one that suited us best. Nino has, and continues to be, the best option for my son and I. The educators are invested in his development and care deeply for him, which is visible every time we pick him up and drop him off. They always have plenty of different, age appropriate activities for the children to do, the food is fantastic and I’ve always found the educators extremely accommodating of my wishes. Knowing he is happy and well cared for every day makes all the difference. Thank you to everyone at Niño Malvern East for looking after my son and for everything you do.

We're very happy with this childcare. Our son loves to be there. Lots of babies/toddlers to play with and share some time. Great educators. New and well designed building, undercover carpark (super handy on rainy days) and we love the amazing variety of snacks when picking up our son. They always try their best to accomodate our last minute extra bookings. Best part is that you're in front of Chaddy (quick and easy shopping after drop off)

It’s always a tough decision deciding to send your little ones to daycare. I have to say, my 11 month old is thriving. The team leader in the nursery room is so incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and loving towards the children. The team work cohesively to ensure our babies are well cared for and fed. It is obvious the staff are lead by someone who has had years of experience, with babies, behind them. I am always kept up to date with what my child is up to and all the staff members have always been so accommodating and professional. When I have either called through on the phone, dropped off or picked up my child, I am always met with a friendly greeting from a staff member in the center. I am so glad I chose Nino in Malvern as my child truly loves the staff and the time spent at the center.

We love Ninõ Malvern East the minute we walked in! The staff are professional, warm and caring. We have been to another childcare before but it didn’t go well, so I was very nervous when we went to Ninõ for a tour. But everyone was so lovely that it put my mind at ease almost instantly. As an educator myself, I love how the centre manager described to me, she said ‘sometimes it’s not about the facility and curriculum a centre have. It’s the people. You got to go with what your gut felt right.’ And I’m so glad I did!Our child’s transition to Ninõ was smooth and full of support. The educators are professional, loving and with great patients. Everything was developed around our child’s own pace without rush or stress. Every Friday, we would look forward reading the weekly newsletter from Ninõ, that tells us about what activities our kids has been doing with lovely photos captured during the week. We now have a happy kid looking forward going to her childcare every morning! Can’t love this place enough!

Posting it here because Hawthorn East is yet to be built.Moved into Hawthorn East for 7 months now. It’s just irritating that a big banner saying “coming soon” yet approaching 2023, no work has been done. And when I called the number and sent an enquiry - no answer. No response!!!What a bluff.

My granddaughter 10months yo stayed there for some weeks, but almost every day my daughter wasn’t happy. She told me that they don’t really care with her. She got nappy rash after staying there that she never got it before. Fell down from bucket chair while being fed. Got headache because of the cold. Extremely so disappointed.. It’s not about the human error like they tried to excuse, but it was their working quality and their mental problems about caring little baby. I really2 can’t accept it. She is still baby, should look after very gentle and carefully. This review I made because I was so so angry with them. Hope some parents read it and make them think twice before they put their love one there..
