I have visited the store yesterday and bought this two lovely cushionsMaryam one of the staff there . Such an experienced retailer she always go above and beyond at all times .. thanks Maryam and thanks Armani for the amazing items

They opened a shop full of dresses at the Woodville road store. I went to exchange my dress to a smaller size and the lady that was working there gave me a dress that was worn before. I asked for a refund even though the it was not a sale item but she refused and said we never give refunds on any items. The bottom of the dress was worn out and the threading was getting undone. I went to change it again to a different dress. I went again to notify her about the dress and she greeted with an attitude as if I was bothering her. I went to change my dress to another dress and the price on it was $275 I told her the price is lower then the other was and if I was getting the remaining money back and she said it was a mistake as all the tags are mixed up. Once they set a price on something, that’s the set price they need to sell it for they had all this time to change it but they didn’t and that store is never busy as I have purchased majority of my things from there. She kept denying the fact that that’s the set price and kept saying no the actually price is $375. She kept walking out on us and was always on her phone when we tried to talk to her. She was rude and was stuck on her words didn’t even try to understand the situation. I took the original dress again and she kept making comment just as we were leaving we could clearly hear her. As we got the dress she made a comment and said “ are you sure your not going to come back to take your time and change the dress again”. She’s unprofessional and rude to myself and my mum and didn’t even bother to help us.

The Turkish floor furniture with matching carpet are available with various colours to suit your needs. Armani Gallery is a pleasant, friendly place to shop. The warm and friendly staff deliver a fantastic welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable to walk around and admire the selection displayed on the floor and shelves with out pressure. Why not go and have a look you're bound to find something you'd like. I know I did.

Honestly I am disgusted with this store and it’s staff that work there. When I tried to confront the manager about what his employees done he said he doesn’t care about his customers. What a manager that has a store and expects customers and sales when he says he doesn’t care about his customers. When you walk in the store you get a bad feeling that you don’t belong there or are wanted. Not only are they rude, they change their prices around. When I bought a dress and wanted to change the sizing and they didn’t allow me so I wanted a refund but the lady changed the price and wouldn’t give my refund. What I also noticed is that they take the tags of their products when they sell them so later on if needed to refund they will lower the original price that you bought it for so they could take the money you bought it with which is absolutely disgusting and filthy of them. I wouldn’t ever waste my money or my time here ever again as and so shouldn’t anyone else when there is better stores that have friendlier staff and products around.
