Friendly and helpful staff, great range and good prices. The only negative to this store is the terrible parking access - a nightmare in busy times and painful in others.

I went to grab some chocolates and kids toys. Unfortunately they do not have toy section and chocolate collection is very basic.Ample parking, easy access.

Poor customer by the lady at the cigarettes counter, clearly I could see because I was brown she was arrogant with me... this is racist....never go back again..I thinking to sue woolworths...as I could see she was talking good and not being arrogant to white people

Specials not marked and was given incorrect advice at the checkout on the terms and conditions of the everyday extra rewards scheme which meant that I had to cancel all the items I'd scanned, put half back, and start again.

If you've been to one woollies, you would think that this store was like any other. But that's not the case. In my experience, the staff are very helpful, very polite and do treat you with respect. So don't be afraid to ask for help. If I had to choose a favourite store in the chain, honestly, I'd say this one was it.

Pretty good store, modern with a standard/logical layout. Queues at the checkout are usually short, even at busy times. Online orders are reasonably reliable, much better than Coles across the road. They often run out of plastic bags although not sure if that issue is specific to this store.

One of worst , i used to collect online shopping for one of company we used to do every week , every time more items missing , its understand some items can be runout , but bread , pasta , salad, impossible ,so now i already informed to company ll do belconnen woolwoths next time onward

It’s usually a mess and a occupational health and safety nightmare. Beware shelf stackers who leave isles blocked, trip hazards everywhere and huddle in groups oblivious to anybody but themselves. These are consistent observations made over three years. For frail or disabled customers, or parents with kids, this is not a safe space. The checkout staff are always lovely, but the store safety management is atrocious.

Never have enough people on registers. I wasn't going to say anything but it's 3 or 4 times in a row now.I'll change this review when they change their cost cutting.
