Had a very good experience buying for my mum’s birthday. After a bad experience at a different florist where I was unable to get the flowers I wanted today, I called this place. The staff here were very helpful and I was able to pick up on the same day of the order. This was very hard to find especially with the current lockdown! Flowers were gorgeous and the bouquet was very large, definitely exceeded my expectations.

Great 'old fashioned' service from the team at Floressesnce. They went out of their way to source and supply my choice for a gift to a dear friend. Thank you, it is just so refreshing to get such high level of service.

The bunch exceeded expectations!! I was ordering from overseas and messed up the date - I emailed and it was no problem for them to fix. Delivery was on time and with a smile. Often online flower bunches can be disappointing but not this one!! I ordered a large bunch of natives. My mother says she’ll still have them for her birthday next year! (ie in 12 months time) A very happy customer!

At a time during lockdown in Sydney and not being able to see my daughter for her 21st Birthday, it was a lovely present for her.The arrangement and quality of flowers were really beautifully done. The ordering process was also nice and easy and they delivered within a few hours of order.

Easy to order and pay for online, descriptions and photos help immensely with deciding.My grandma was so happy with her flowers that she showed them off to all the residents that were in her complex. Grandma said no one has seen such a large bunch of beautiful flowers. This information made me happy with my purchase as I am in Qld and my Grandma is in NSW. I actually only order flowers with this company.

First time purchasing from this florist and I chose a standard florist choice bouquet online for Mother’s Day to pick up in store. Service was fine, but I wasn’t too impressed by the ratio of greenery to flowers. It looked very sparse and the amount of leaves was way too much. The flowers were also pretty low cost ones, with very small unopened lillies that I’m doubting whether they will actually open. I’ve purchased bouquets from a lot of other florists with a more reasonable amount of flowers so I can say that this one was definitely not worth the cost. Bit disappointed.Edit: I was indeed contacted and offered a 50% refund which I accepted. As a note for floressence, I totally understand the rise in cost of flowers on special occasions, however to avoid customer dissatisfaction, a statement on your website or an occasion specific page being clear about the amount of florals being decreased would be better. I just didn’t have any indication that paying the same amount for a bouquet as another non-occasion day would yield a smaller product and I don’t think you should assume your customers know that. Thank you.

Amazingly fast service. Under two hours for a local delivery is fantastic. My mother is overwhelmed with the size and quality of her Christmas arrangement. Thank you so much to the team.
