Every time I have been to this Randwick store the customer service is horrible. Today was by far the worst and won’t be returning to that store. Not one salesperson is friendly, ever!

Tried on several items had to come out of dressing room to get more sizes to try as no assistance was offered I had to ask as store staff busy chatting away with each other and were rude.

The staff have not ever been pleasent in this store. I always leave quickly and feel like the staff are either stressed or just don't like customers.

Spent about $300 online for my children. Went to return 5 items at Randwick as they were too big. Lady was rude felt like i was an inconvenience to her! Thought credit amount seemed wrong and have since checked the receipt and noticed I was charged postage for each item anywhere from $5-$12. It’s free postage for over $100 spend and I kept over $100 worth of clothing. Just phoned but the phone number is not connected. After seeing all these negative reviews I don’t want to go back there. I thought it was me being over sensitive but looks like I’m not alone! Shame as they have some nice things.

Visited Randwick Seed Store Today ,Most Definitely will be my last time ,I Purchased some kids clothes.The Customer Service WasNothing but Rude , Unprofessional , Unwelcoming , and so Unfriendly!!!!

Attention Owner!!! There are so many comments about the attitude of your staff. Maybe it’s time for you to do something !!! We saw a dress and were so excited to check it out. Your staff were just glued to the counter and not willing to move or greet the customers. They were not serving anyone. Instead, they frowned and kept on eyeing you as if you are a theft. But again, still too lazy to move from the comfort of their counter. Absolutely rude and careless. All customers seem a bother to them. Unless you are opening your shop for fun, not for profit. You ought to do something about your staff
