This was the first and only store I tried for finding my wedding dress! Georgina was so helpful and welcoming, and she really got the vision of what I was after. There was no pressure at all to make a decision on the spot and she kept me up to date on the status of the dress as well. A wonderful experience all round!

Thought I'd pay a visit on my work break on my own before my appointment with bridal stores the following week with my maid of honour. Called up at the last minute and was accommodated. Tried 3 dresses in 50 minutes and the last dress was the one. As a plus size woman, with a large bust, it was so nice to see pretty dresses that complimented my body. Excellent customer service to add. Thank you for making the process smooth, honest and super helpful.

Georgina from Werribee House of Brides makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into the store! She has a very friendly attitude and makes you feel welcome and able to have any sort of conversation with her. She is genuine and gives you great advice and simply does not tell you what you 'want' to hear to make a sale.. she provides real feedback to ensure that her beautiful dresses actually suit the bride and is what the bride should need! She never rushes you and ensures that you try on absolutely everything that you have your eye on. She will then style you with additional accessories to ensure you get the complete look before trying an another dress. She also goes out of her way to contact her dressmakers/suppliers to ensure that the bride receives everything on time and to get the correct alterations. She is very helpful and always willing to reply to you in a quick manner so you are never waiting! By far the best experience at a bridal store has been at Werribee House of Brides! The dresses, experience and the customer service you will receive will not disappoint! Great pricing on amazing dresses that honestly look 10K!!Definitely recommend Georgina and Werribee House of Brides! :)

I booked my appointment with House if Brides over 2 weeks ago.I had organised people to come from interstate to attend. Only for the appointment to be cancelled. The reason is the tech person didn't block the date.I wish someone would've contacted me as soon as soon as I booked.I had heard such amazing things about this place. So I'm really disappointed.

10 Stars! I cannot recommend this bridal store highly enough. Georgina is so attentive and really knows her wedding dresses. She helped me pick out a dress that was so flattering to my body shape and then arranged to have it altered at her dress maker's shop across the road (who I also highly recommend) and turned a beautiful dress into my dream dress. Thank you so so much for all your help during such a crazy and difficult time with Covid, your customer service is amazing!

Had the best experience picking my dress at Werribee House of Brides!! I went to some big stores but nothing compared to the intimate experience at WHB and the help from Georgina. She made me feel very comfortable and made the dress shopping pleasant. She encouraged all dresses and helped fit my body type. I am so pleased I found my dress with the help of Georgina!! This was the first shop I went to and all the others I went to after Just couldn’t compare! So I went back to Georgina to buy THE Dress! She even helped me customize the dress to fit my vision . 1000% recommend this shop!

Georgia was so helpful and lovely. She even invited my daughter Emily to come back to have her dress fitted on the day of her Deb. The dress was steamed ready for her to put on. Georgina even fitted a headpiece in her hair and took some photos before we left. Wonderful lady and amazing service. Thank you xx
