The disc player in my 2013 laptop needed replacement. Aldgate Computers gave me an eminently reasonable quotation over the phone. They finished the job way way ahead of schedule. When I picked it up, the chap warned me today they don't make disc players like they used to. And when I got home, the new disc player replacement works. All this, and the service was both friendly and professional. 100% !

I give 5 stars only because there isn't an option for 10. Amazing staff that know their stuff and more than that, go over and above to get you what you need. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Lesley!! Absolutely outstanding!!

Steve is a really friendly man who knows exactly what to do to fix your computer. He also sells a fine selection of items from Games Workshop and I enjoy visiting every chance I get. Very welcoming environment.

Very knowledgeable and enables computers to have a longer life as well as speeding them up. Don't buy a new computer until you see these guys. Both my daughter and I received excellent service.

Steve and his staff give me excellent service, have professional customer service skills and always fix my computer problems, I cannot praise then enough and recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. Very hands on and always willing to help even with the wackiest request. Great team and great company.

My son went in with his problem usb, that he thought he lost all his studies files. The gentleman in the shop was so friendly and knowledgeable. One look at the usb and he got all the files back.Overall experience was very satisfying, happy with the service provided and a great price.Highly recommended the Aldgate Computers shop!
