I bought a white shirt an hour ago when i got home the colour was different due to differences in lighting. I brought my suits with me to match the color nothing fits properly. They didn't accept to refund at all.

Walked in last weekend and what can I say Terrific staff! ,they offer old school customer service although it was a young gentleman who served me and he was absolutely brilliant , I can be a picky customer when it comes to clothing however he’s patience was amazing , he knew my size by using just he’s eye and helped me find a suit that I am extremely happy with , they also took care of the tailoring for me which took care of another potential headache , received it today and it fits absolutely brilliant , thankyou james and Anthony!(There was another man though I didn’t ask for he’s name!) Definitely recommend today’s man

Always have an amazing experience at this store. Have bought many quality gifts for friends and family here, as well as a few pieces to spoil myself from time to time. Service from the gentlemen at this store is old fashioned A1. They are also generous with bundle buying prices at the counter.

Picked up a suit here over 5 years ago and it's still in fantastic condition. Recently had to purchase a new suit for a formal function and the service hasn't changed. Still impeccable. Great selection, well priced and a special kudos to the two young guys (James and I didn't catch the other fellas name) working who reminded me that good customer service does still exist. 5 stars.

The staff did an excellent job getting me a good quality suit for some events. They didn't rush me through my purchase and i come out with a suit better than what i had in mind.
