The guys are always super helpful and the stock will keep you browsing for ages. Rohan is deservedly one of the most respected guitar techs in Brisbane. I’ve had a few warranty issues that were resolved without delay even when I’ve bought elsewhere. Always responsive and helpful. A great shop and service centre.

Once again a flawless experience. I went in looking for a Maton 808c.I’m still a bit self conscious about playing around people I’d don’t know well. The guys gave me three 808s to try, & left me alone.Perfect!Three quarters of an hour later, my wallet was pretty empty, and I had my guitar set aside for the day I payed the balance.She ain’t exactly pretty by the classic guitar standards, she’s got grey in her ebony finger board, & some yellow in the ebony of the bridge, her face isn’t book matched very well… but I don’t care, it’s all about how they sound & play for me. She’s the best sounding guitar I played that day, & I played quite a few around Brisbane. Also, she’ll be easy to find, no one’s guitar looks like mine.This is why I buy from The Guitar Shop in Brisbane, very wide range of excellent guitars, at all sorts of price pints, some really excellent sounding odd balls.They let you get on with it, without bugging you.Lovely, friendly, helpful staff.Well useful luthier on site.Great prices.They went in to bat for me when my new Made for Maton case stained my lovely Maton SRS S70.Every good guitar I own comes from them.That’s it… Wadda ya want for free, a rubber biscuit?

Absolute gem of a shop.Been there a few times now be it for a strap, maintenance, or a new guitar. Always great service from the place. Latest guitar I got was impeccable and ready to play. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Chill little store with an interesting range. Staff were friendly and know what they're talking about. I would certainly recommend them if you're looking for one.

The moment I stepped into the store I knew it was going to be good. When staff are sitting playing and tinkering around you know they know what their on about and it was all smiles and help. They guys know their stuff and was super thankful they had left handed guitars in stock and found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
