Staff is very friendly. Doctors are very professional and thorough. The practise is always immaculate. Dr. Olivia in particular has an incredible and genuine empathy about my health and wellbeing as she always follow up to ensure my recovery is on schedule. She is very thorough and accommodating to ensure my medical requirements are met.

Olivia is awesome, very happy lovely every time I see her, even if she’s not feeling it. Always thorough in her work and diagnosis. Always takes the time to fit you in even if she has been booked over her limits of the day. Olivia takes her time and actually listens to you and what you have to say. If anything is out of her realm she either sends you to someone else or to the hospital no chances taken. Olivia you’re amazing.

My family and I have been coming to Springfield Medical and dental for 9 years now. Dr Olivia is our family doctor, she goes above and beyond each and every time, always taking a holistic approach. Our kids get excited seeing Olivia, as she makes each visit feel safe and fun. Couldn’t recommend her enough. The receptionist staff are always so lovely and helpful.

I need to say how grateful I am to have a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to understand, patient and willing to help to get to the bottom of the problem GP ( Dr Olivia). For the past 11 years I have been at Springfield Medical and Dental centre and even though I live three suburbs away I don’t want to change my medical centre because they have helped me throughout the highs, lows and very lows of my health. From that medical centre I go to see an amazing Psychologist ( Tracey) who I love for her passion for her profession and her love to help people.I also want to thank Dr Josephine, Dr Sonya, Dr Sondra, Chris ( Business manager), nurses and staff from the front desk who normally have to put up with our frustrations and fears.I couldn’t recommend this medical centre enough.

A clinic that has it all.Have been to this clinic for more than 10 years. A very busy clinic for a reason. Yes you wait but when you get to see your GP you get catered for what you wanted, it gets done.All the doctors are wonderful, but you will find your preferred doctor on your own. No need to be referred to, try them all then choose. To the nurses and reception team, very helpful and kind, they are also polite and friendly.Thank you Dr Olivia always.Overall, this clinic is amazing.Would not change for another.

Might as well not allow walk-ins if someone has to wait 2 hrs and still leave without being attended to. Two weeks ago had to wait over 1/2 an hour sitting on the bed for a simple dressing while the nurses just stood and whinged about their shifts. We don’t come there for fun but need medical attention.

I've always had very good care from Springfield Medical Centre.Reception always helpful when I telephone them.Sometimes a long wait to see my doctor but I understand how busy they all are here.

Doctor Olivia has been our family doctor for years and we couldn't be happier with the care she has provided. She is kind, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and has always been spot on with her diagnoses and treatment plans.Doctor Olivia truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure their well-being. She has been a constant source of support and guidance for our family and we are grateful to have her as our doctor.

I've been attending this clinic for well over a decade and things have improved immensely! The customer service is fantastic and makes the whole visit a pleasant experience. Even though there is still some waiting for doctors, it's not as bad as it used to be. The nurses and QML people in the treatment room are awesome and have always been so attentive. More importantly Dr Olivia is wonderful. I only see her and have this entire time. She's super patient, compassionate and thorough. Also someone I enjoy conversing with. I would also recommend Dr Lakshmi if you need to see someone as he's super laid back, attentive and easy to talk to.

Dr Jai is simply amazing. My husband, son and I all go to him and he always takes the best care of us, showing genuine concern and care. Would highly recommend him!!
