Kapalua goes above and beyond a conventional agency. They are active from the acquisition and all the way through to construction. The team ensures the built quality is warranted by conducting site inspections as well as engage with the builder to look for alternatives should there be any supply challenges that might affect the original brief. Not only they ensure a successful outcome for a developer, but they also focus on the satisfaction of the purchasers upon settlement and beyond.
