I have used BBIS for a few installations and have them quoting for a few more as we speak!They made me a fantastic splashback for the kitchen, got them in for an emergency call when my cieling was caving in and also have them doing a couple quotes for me for a screen installation on my shower/bath and tile repair in my laundry.They have been a pleasure to deal with and while they are a small business they are doing an amazing job with their large work load!Would recommend!

Not recommended. Unresponsive, rude, petty, argumentative as does not listen to your request and lazy on response.It took an entire month for somebody to get back to me, then another two weeks later which was the owner Candice who was narky and rude because I gave some feedback on the first return call back a month later and she took it as a review and said she didn't appreciate my bad review because they didn't get back to me a month later and even took it to a lower point and started getting really personal instead of keeping it professional. I did not appreciate her raising her voice at me and speaking condescendingly.It seems her phone call to me was premeditated to have a dig about my feedback instead of actually helping with an urgent job needed.No matter how busy you are with jobs, you should still at least call the customer back (even though they had every bit of information as to what is needed for the job) to book a time down the track instead of keeping the customer waiting and not knowing. This job was marked as urgent on initial contact.Eventually Candice organised to contact me on a certain day to say which day trades are coming. No contact was made. Need to let go of the ego lady and listen to client needs. Zero star rating from me.

Shane and Candice are consistently polite and professional. They advised me of the costs of the job in advance, and that was accurate. They and their team, (Jemima and Tim) have all been so helpful that they have become my 'go to' business for my window glass and screen requirements. They even went out of their way to help me with my design for a perspex awning window with the cut out hole for the portable ac exhaust vent, which I used to replace the fly screen, rather than constantly repurchasing the disposable ones, which they then built. If I could rate them above 5 stars, I would. Additionally, they have gone above and beyond with their time and efforts to repair my shower screen which was needed as a result of faulty workmanship by the previous owner.
