Walid took on my steam cleaning job as a part of ‘Jim’s Carpet Cleaning - Craigieburn’.I sent a personal message after seeing a great deal on Facebook and got a prompt response and open availability to suit my schedule, rather than waiting for a strict timing slot on a day in 2-3 weeks time.The service worked with me to ensure I could have my carpet cleaned within my own availability - whereby I wanted it done soon. They took this into account and gave me upfront quotes based on descriptions and sent a professional over.I was running late to my scheduled carpet cleaning booking with the Service/ Walid and replied to a booking message, however- he was compassionate and understanding of the unforeseen incidences that I’d incurred. He was respectful and kind, offering to re-schedule. He was happy to attend despite me potentially delaying his schedule/ making him wait a short while.Upon his arrival, he noticed the situation I was in with an injury I had just sustained (relevant to my lateness) and was very sincere and professional- advising me to seek treatment above him getting the job done.I decided to wait until the service was done before proceeding with any medical treatment and advised Walid this was my choice. He carried on in a very respectful manner, performing a thorough clean of my carpets. He was professional and kind.The job was very well done, better than previous jobs I’ve had - but I especially appreciated the considerate customer service Walid provided. Not only toward my lateness/ medical state, but also in regards to the pride he showed in his work - by asking me if I was satisfied as we overviewed the work and seeming to really care about ensuring he had met a high standard.Walid is someone you can trust in your home to deliver a high quality job. He is very approachable, respectful and cares about the work he does.I am happy with price and happy with my carpets - but I’m most happy with the consumer experience of having such a polite, professional person coming into my home.Thanks- Brooke

Fantastic service, amazing quality! My carpets had been through hell with pets and foster animals in and out of the home. Carpets looked like new after and the odour gone! Also done on incredibly short notice, can't recommend enough!

I found him very professional and he explained everything he was doing . He took the extra time to get some stains of my couch .. what a great service I highly recommend him .. I will use his again.. thank you for a great job … both leo and I are very happy

Absolute best carpet clean iv ever had, being someone that has their carpets cleaned atleast 3 times a year (cream carpets and children) he has never left me dissatisfied with his work, exceptional work, highly recommend and I will never go to anyone else!Also extremely polite and professional!
