James attended my property at the time stated and was extremely professional and rectified all my issues. I made a booking for 11am, as I had taken the morning off work and sat around for a full hour, waiting for the guy to show up. So I call to see what the hold up was and the lady on the phone can't get him on the phone to see what's going on. Half an hour later and he calls- no explanation, just I'll be there.Half an hour after that and he doesn't care, just give me money and I'll do the job.Was late back to work. Next time I go with Jim's.

Our contractor came to the house, found our problem very quickly and gave us the options. He replaced the antenna to something this century, and even rectified the issues with my stereo, after having moved house and set it up incorrectly. We now have a great signal and everything works a treat. Would highly recommend

I have no problem highly recommending. I think I'm pretty good with this sort of stuff, unfortunately I could not get a bunch of channels to work. The technician I spoke with told me what the likely problem was before coming out, and told me how much he would have to charge if this was the problem. I told him to go ahead, this level of service is exceptional!

The communication process was very good, as was telephone conversations with the technician. Despite the technician being very busy (he came Saturday morning because of the high temperature days experienced in Adelaide) he explained everything well, was thoughtful and the job was completed very satisfactorily, I would be happy to contact Mr Antenna again in the future.
