I had basically given up on my machine and was preparing to purchase a new one as it was showing some pretty dire symptoms across the board. Lucia and the team from Technico diagnosed the problem(s) brilliantly and brought the machine back to life. It’s the best it’s been in a year or more. Had my ECM Synchronika seviced and repaired. Very happy on customer service and quote and only a 2 day turnaround.The staff really know there product and I would not take my machine anywhere else.

Always friendly, polite and very knowledgeable and explain things with patience and care. They repaired and basically rebuilt coffee machine after I purchased second hand and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend as a trustworthy business to deal with.
