Called these incompetent try hards and they don't have the staff in order to get some assistance. They prefer to inconvenience people trying to get help. Over promise and under delivered.

Not the greatest support agency. There is a huge lack of communication and staff are not trained properly and are unable to fill shifts. My experience was from a couple years ago who knows maybe they changed.

Simply Helping Torquay provided home help for my parents through TAC for many years. I always found their service to be trouble free and communication was seamless. The worker allocated to my parents did not change, arrived on time every time, and did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend this service provider.

Thanks to the team at Simply Helping Geelong Barwon my Mother has been able to live independently and happily in her own home for the last 5 years. All team members are dedicated, caring and will go the extra mile to ensure everything is covered. The head office is very well managed and provides quick and effective response to all requests.
