Repco St Peters

I had called other parts suppliers in the area looking for a new car battery and wasn't impressed with the knowledge or service given by others (Battery World or Supercheap Alexandria). When you asked them about the different options they had (difference in price was over 30% between the models), they couldn't tell you why one was better other than it had a longer warranty period.So I headed over to Repco at St Peters (which was out of the way for me today) and spoke to Stephen" and he was brilliant. He knew his stuff and advised of what would do the job (as there were once again options available and explained the difference of "cold cranking amp power" between the different models).I would highly recommend this store (great location

Great Service. Managed to get me the parts I needed and without any problem. Everything was in stock and there is alot of items on sale if you comb through the aisles to find and see. On site parking made it easy and fast to get what I needed and be back repairing my car. 5 stars from me..

These guys are legends. Gave me a very reasonable price and managed to get a part which has been difficult to find delivered next day. Matt in particular went above and beyond to keep the car running. Thanks guys.

We have been using Repco as our trade auto parts supplier for many years. They are the perfect business partner as they have a complete understanding of what a workshop needs. Their pricing is competitive, and service is exceptional. The manager Mat & Tasha are always willing to go above and beyond.

Repco St Peters have been a favourite auto parts store of ours for over 20 years. We have tried many other competitors over the past years who have not reached the same service levels as this store. The service levels are measured by both retail and trade categories. We believe Repco's continual success with its trade and retail customers is derived from the experienced staff it employs.Experience is based on actual mechanical and personal use. Most of the trade teams are exmechanics, an unbeatable staff asset for both retail and trade.

Useless staff. Called up to double confirm a part was in stock. Travel for over an hour and to my surprise they didn’t even have it in stock... Waste of time

Extremely rude. Terrible customer service Lenny! You do not speak to your customers by telling them to MOVE!! I’ve been a loyal customer for many years! Show some respect to your customers.

I must admit being a novice to Cars and needing help finding the right pieces, The staff at Repco St. Peters have to be some of the most uninterested, unhelpful and rudist people to work in Customer Service.Not only after giving my first staff member my rego to search for items for my car. I was given wrong items, which I couldve paid for with every exhale that staff member made while helping" me.Then to add insult to injury

I would highly recommend this store. Matt is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help with your needs. Parts and everything else is a great price. This is my go to for all my auto needs
