It’s so delightful to find a courier that actually cares about what you’re sending.After a nightmare from hunter express, which required me picking my parcel up from their depot after they collected it and had it sit around for 2 weeks, to booking with airroad and having the item delivered from Mel>Syd door to door in 23 hours.. I’m over the moon.Will definitely be using airroad again and couldn’t be more grateful for the assistance over the phone too.Cheers.

Five star service! Picked up my stuff from Sydney on Friday, called the driver to confirm time, arrived right at his ETA, all my stuff delivered to my door in Melb on Monday the following week!Everything arrived in good condition, and the price is sooooooo good!

They were so fast to deliver a printer I ordered from Epson, even with Covid. I ordered Wednesday morning and it arrived Friday morning, yay! Plus the guy was helpful with carrying the box as it was heavy.

you can tell alot about a company through their employees; and if pulling out from properties recklessly without giving way and/or not even looking is one of those, then i could not recommend this company or its employees to move anyones freight

Very poor set up.Sud contracts have priority loading. They are happy to let their own drivers sit half the night because the manager is on a bonus.

Supposed to deliver our on friday, didn't happen, then monday 3pm, again, didn't happen. Came late app 5pm as they couldn' t find parking, really? This is small suburb of Geelong, not Westfield or Melbourne. Very unprofessional, didn't want to drop the product prperly, refused to take pallet away as it is not my job"."

Don't even bother, apparently LOST 2 boxes 1200x500x1000, phone support was shipthouse and never made a effort to contact us, if I could put minus 5 stars I would. Oh order was via Catch of the day. So be aware.

The service of this company has declined dramatically over the last 18 months. If your company is in the Kilsyth or the surrounding areas. There is no such thing as a express delivery from them. They have the mentally of you will get it when we deliver it. Even though your delivery is already 24 - 48 hours past the due delivery date.
