Nothing but dodging calls and emails. Prepare to wait months on end for a response to anything, took our money and ghosted us.

I engaged The Fence Shop to enclose my yard to secure my dogs> They provided the quote as attached with the design that we discussed> There were multiple delays that I didn't dispute> The Fence Shop contacted me last week via phone to ask me to ensure the garden was clear between the garage and boundary and to show the installer exactly where the line on the diagram was in relation to the garden to the boundary line> I did the above and prepared the area> Today, just the day before install, I was advised the quote is incorrect and ONLY is valid for less than half of the job...The matter is now with my solicitor and is causing me so much stress and anxiety that I don't need. I should have gone with the other company who quoted.I do not recommend this company for fencing.

I would never use this company again. They operate with little to no business ethics and principles. Extremely slow response times to defects when reported, resulting in inability to take matters further as they conveniently delay until timeframes or warranties have passed. Poor workmanship and structural design of fences. They work to minimum industry standards which means if fence sways, posts pop out, or gates don’t open for longer than a few months, they will demonstrate unwillingness to fix defects that occur within warranty period, will blame it on earth movement and accept no responsibility. You will be charged a fee for defective works. Do not use this company.

I attended the fence shop with intentions of building my own 60mtr wooden fence to save $$. I had no idea where to start. Right there and then Paul drew up plans and measurements, listing absolutely everything I needed down to the exact number items. He then quoted everything at a very fair price. Within a day I had the exact materials I needed down to the screws and nails delivered. I then bombarded Paul and the team with questions, tips and techniques during the 4days of building the fence. They were more than happy to help. Paul and the crew's customer service was above my expectations, making a big fence building job easy for a first time novice.I absolutely recommend the fence shop!

If you want stress and lies then this company is for you. Stay away from them as they will lie and not do the job but delay by months , every one of their staff members is a liar.

The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. The men who erected the fence were courteous and respectful. Neighbours and passersby were all commenting on the finish. Fantastic!

Terrible experience they demand a 600mm nearly 2 foot clearance before commencing work. The service is terrible shoddy work. They are very shady people.

We have just arrived home May 2019 and I must say we are really happy with the works completed at our home. I think this was logistically difficult due to the neighbors and ourselves being away on holidays at the time. Good quality of work and on-time which is rare these days.We are really happy and would recommend your company any fencing re-fencing.Thanks

Terrible experience. Poor quality workmanship and dreadful service. After having a gate installed, it needed to be repaired within 8 weeks. Then AGAIN less than 3 months later. In total, we had to have them called out 6 times to fix their poor workmanship within 13 months, and then I gave up. I had to get another contractor to fix it properly.The owner was rude and arrogant after I had to call several times to fix what was agreed to fix, and then they did not turn up on several agreed to meetings.Save your sanity, go with a good quality company, which is definitely not this one. Zero stars is still too high of a rating for The Fence Shop.

Been waiting 5 months for a fence to be constructed.THE FENCE SHOP cancelled the original date, then cancelled the 2nd date, and is now avoiding calls and the 3rd date will likely not go ahead.On top of this, wrong colour was ordered.This is the 2nd job we've done through them & the initial job was misquoted and we were overcharged.
