I went into store today with issues with my mower (which was purchased elsewhere) and the lovely gentleman came out to the car and made the necessary adjustments and then stated there would be no charge. Very polite, very helpful and I highly recommend them.

Not happyRang up to take ride on in. They said yeh bring it in now. Loaded ride on by myself on my trailer. Drove their and bloke said we don’t work on yard machine, no parts.I should of mentioned on phone. Not happy. I then had to transport home and get ride on off by myself again. Complete waste of my time and effort would not recommend.

I thought my old ride-on mower was for scrap, but they worked a miracle fixing it up. It's now a very reliable work horse on my property a year later. Since then I have also bought a chainsaw and brush cutter here - the advice and help has been fantastic so I'm a repeat customer. Highly recommended.
