My experience with Wedding Vale was absolutely amazing. The team covered 5 of my events, which meant 5 different types of decorations, early hours of the morning, late at night and even 2 trips in a day just to ensure everything was perfect, not to mention, setting up the grooms house as well. When I first contacted Nav & Charan, they made the whole process super easy, especially trying to pick different colours/themes/days/times. They were one of the most amazing vendors to deal with. I received so many complements on my decor for my events & it couldn’t of happened without them. Thank you Nav & Charan, hopefully I have the opportunity to book you in again.

Was great working with the Wedding Vale team from visual planning all the way up to setup for each event, for our wedding. Coudlnt ask for more than that so greatful they where able to help us on the last few days before event.The events where Mendi, Mayia & Sangeet/Jaggo love the precision and time they spent on detail of each element you dont always get that with many vendors that extra touch thanks Again :)

Charan and her team were lovely! They arrived on time and gave me exactly what I wanted based on inspirational photos. I couldn't have had my henna night done any better way! Would recommend to all brides!

This team completely missed the brief and does not have any customer service skills. Instead of hearing the customer out and try to rectify the problem, they threaten to remove the decorations, demand prepayment to fix THEIR MISTAKE and blame the bride/groom for the issues.If they want to work in an industry that is objective and where the customer’s preference is a priority - they need to work on their ability to receive feedback and fix problems.They are over committed, unprofessional and lack talent and a creative eye.I do not recommend.

Could not be happier! Covid wedding was a nightmare to plan but in all honesty, the team were so organised and touched base with usin advance (something I found to be unique and made them stand out from other vendors we worked with). I didn’t feel like I was needing to follow up on them during their work. Everything was so immaculate and timely. There’s a lot of new concepts and creative aspects that WeddingVale have and i can assure all brides and grooms that they will meet if not exceed your expectations. From a simple, Elegant backdrop and decor to something more detailed and extra - THEY GOTCHU! We had 3 different backdrops, jago and danda hire, staircase decor, entry to my house decor and a photo prop! I also loveeee that they are a married couple themselves so they know exactly where and what to keep an eye on for you. Professionalism and communication is a must for me and most clients Ofcourse and I never had to worry about not being able to get in touch with them. 10/10 for everything and by far one of the best vendors we worked with in our wedding. Heartbroken the decorations really did not match the inspiration pics we gave them - at all. So many EXCUSES, not enough execution. After some back and forth the vendor threatened to take everything down and leave!!? My other option was to pay them MORE for the stuff up? This company also overbooks themselves. They arrived 3 hours late for home set up. Wrong flowers; totally wrong. Didn't match the pics and brief. These are the facts, i'll leave the emotion out :( Not a happy customer.
