Les is an awesome massage therapist who really takes the time to listen to your concerns & create a long term fix. He gave me some stretches & exercises to help prolong the relief between visits which no other massage therapist has done for me before. Cant recommend Les & his treatments highly enough!

Les is phenomenal. He really listens and takes the time to understand what is hurting and then does an amazing job in fixing it! Not only that, he gives advice on how to prevent the problem from recurring. He is truly the best massage therapist/physio I've ever been to and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Seriously - if you're aching or stressed and keeping tension in your muscles or feel a bit out of whack or need to work a few knots out or even just if you want to relax GO. SEE. LES!

Les at Conquer Massage is awesome. He is very professional at his job. He is always keen to help with any needs or problems you may have and is always keen to answer any questions. If you want to feel great after a massage go to Les he has helped me so much especially with my calves as they use to be always tight and would given me grief. They are getting better .

Les really is the best Massage Therapist I’ve been too. Super relaxing but he also gives me exercises / stretches to do after my session to prolong the time between my visits.

I have had chronic pain since a car accident that has left me with limited mobility in my left shoulder. I went in and had a consult first then my massage was tailored to my problem areas. I have had many massages to try and resolve this issue or to get some relief, this was the first massage that helped enough that I could lift my arm above my head.Really happy with the professionalism and level of attention provided by Les as he plies his trade.

Les has saved my back on so many occasions! He always makes sure he goes above and beyond for his clients and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. Les from Conquer Massage is the best massage therapist I’ve known. He helps improve my mobility with exercises and stretches and also help me with my anxiety with relaxation massage which provides stress relief.When in pain he also provides remedial massage that has a outstanding positive impact on my sore spots.
