Rude and unprofessional. I rang to ask about a basic retaining wall job, and left a message. Never received a call back.So two weeks later I rang again. Got the brush off as soon as I explained the work, as he said my job was not big enough for them.No worries - I'd go somewhere else. But the guy practically hung up on me at the end, not even wanting to waste another second on me. It made me feel a bit humiliated to be honest. So here's some humiliation for you too, Masters Landscape.For what it's worth, I work as a manager of a large IT team, regularly attending 10 or more business meetings per day. Respect for others is critical to my job. Please learn how to be polite and to treat all customers equally, with patience and respect. Whether you want their business or not. Or else, this is the type of review you will get.
