I had started my first Yoga Rise&Shine Revolution 28 day Challenge with Madhu last month, and am feeling great!Being a personal trainer and small business owner, I have found myself lost and overwhelmed with work life balance. I felt that training some days to be a work task rather than a release or an outlet, and then some days not training at all because work tasks had taken priority.So I took a step back and realised I needed to balance.Madhu at Yoga for the People, has given me this opportunity to refocus on myself, to set personal wellness goals and beliefs, I have been given the tools to refocus on being present in the here and now and to focus on what really matters to me. Looking inwards has also helped me realise attributes of my personality and accepting it.Madhu posts daily videos of the Yoga practices as well as insightful coaching advise on her private Facebook group. The support there from Madhu and others is very encouraging.My days already do start quite early, some mornings are more challenging than others, but Madhu has encouraged me to do this practice on days and times that work with my busy schedule. So there is no pressure to do it at 5:30am - just enjoy the time to reconnect with myself.I am on my 2nd month now and I'm soo glad I have begun this discovery journey with Madhu at Yoga for the People - Thank you!

Mahdu's 28 day yoga challenge, living with Intention, has saved my sanity during these difficult times. Its just 30 minutes per day that you can do anytime you want to, although first thing in the morning is best for me. I am not great or expert at Yoga, yet I can easily access this program, its making a really big difference to my life, and I would really recommend to others that they give it a go. I particularly love the philosophy of not attempting to be perfect! This works for me really well. Thanks Mahdu for this great program.

What an absolutely amazing yoga experience! Madhu’s class is pure bliss… and she must be the most down to earth and sunniest yoga teacher I’ve ever met! Starting the day with Madhu fills my mind with positive thoughts… and gives me bucketloads of energy to tackle my day. Thank so much for your warmth Madhu!
