Customer service on point! These guys are friendly and really helpful over the phone and email - which makes trying to order products really painless and easy! I ordered a tote bag, wooden bat and player pants and need to exchange the pants as I got a black pair instead of a gray or white pair, and they are so flexible, I will definitely be buying all my gear from these guys! Shout out to Kurt and Gemma for helping me on my first purchase and return!

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our two girls struggled to get a hit at tee-ball. Took them to fielders and a staff member grabbed a couple of bats to try and took them outside for a hit. Bought them a bat that they love. The following weekend they got to first base every time and have so much more confidence. Thanks guys.

Annoyed they sold me a 32 inch bat when I'm nearly 100 KG's and an adult. Told me they would swap it for adults bat and then reneged offer saying they had nothing in price range to swap it with. I went in green and spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars, would have liked more attention to detail and honesty in my dealings.
