Freya was very responsive and kept me updated on the progress of the strain removal on my Le Chiquito Bag in Light Beige. The bag had a dark blue (almost jean like) stain on one side, handles & strap. Freya did amazing work removing/lightening the dark stain. Would definitely use her services again. Thank you again :)

Form start to finish Freya made the whole process so easy and provided such lovely customer service. I am over the moon about the colour transformation of my Chanel clutch. Prior to this I wasn't able to use it as the colour transfer was terrible, but Freya helped change the colour to black so I'll be able to use all the time. Couldn't be happier! :)

When I first saw the hand sanitizer stains on my Musubi bag I was so upset!!! I definitely thought it couldn’t be fixed and was very annoyed at myself for letting it happen.Then I decided to see if there were any bag repair services and I’m so glad I found Bags Amore! I was a little hesitant especially since I was going to be posting it to Sydney to be fixed but I’m so glad I did! Freya worked her magic on my bag and it’s literally good as new. And on a bag that has no print or texture where it’d be really easy to notice the repair, I still can’t figure out how she fixed it.I know who to go to if I need other bags fixed next time!! :)

Just received bag back with lip stick marks on it. Freya has been rude throughout entire process. I took quite a long time to pick up as I moved to QLD and her initial time to complete was a lot longer than expected. My Bottega Veneta bag is oily and definitely not worth the $175 for just the outside.I just don’t think this is worth the investment at all and Freya was very unpleasant during the entire process and even hung up on me when I let her know that I was coming to pick up.The retaliation review from the owner below makes me laugh. How unprofessional. She hasn’t even asked about the stains left or asked me to send photos just random emotional statements.

I bought in my chanel bag, it had some type of dye on it that lightly stained my bag and more the strap and i couldn’t remove it. bought it over to bagsamore, they removed majority of the stain, i wish they did a second coat of paint to cover the stain on the strap. i mean at least it looks a little better.

Freya was very professional. She kept me informed with updates, on any delays, the whole process was very convenient and smooth. I was confident that my bag was in good hands and happy I didn't have to ship it interstate to be restored and repaired.When I received my bag back it surpassed my expectations.
