Great accountant and always super helpful.

Came highly recommended, but a lack of communication and no correspondence except to say I have to lodge tax with ATO. Thought that was the whole deal with going to accountant. Seems I got lost in the system and passed around to different accountants when it looked like my returns would have taken some work. If you want to have accounts with communication skills look elsewhere. If you want accountants that know how to get a person that works a few jobs and has property a good return, look elsewhere. Maybe the H&R block guys in your local mall.

Upon purchasing our company, we inherited the Tax Accountant appointed by the former owner of the business.From day one, there was a blatant lack of communication and service from the owner, Nadine Rawlings which only got worse and on a lesser scale, also from her staff.We have paid an exuberant amount of money to this company who we now have absolutely no faith in to be responsible for the financial dealings of our business, hence we have now appointed a new Accountant who has already given us more service than we received in the entire time that Nadine was responsible for our finances.We do not recommend Garnet Business Services to anyone looking for a new Tax Accountant.
