Purchase an apartment in the Alke development in OakleighBeen here 18 months trying to get my floor fixedMade numerous phone calls and sent emails with promises to deal with the issueYet still no responseTerrible could never recommend

So rude. Would NEVER deal with them again.

Purchased a property in their Fabrik development in Brunswick which was completed in 2011. Had a building inspector come out to look at our apartment who identified non compliant bathroom installations and waterproofing which had resulted in leaks underneath the tiles and into the bedroom. Had been trying to remedy this situation for a while and discovered from Strata other residents had similar issues raised in the past but Pellicano and had been non responsive.As the statutory warranty has expired we imagine they will be further disinterested in addressing the quality of their developments. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a new property, (Pellicano or otherwise) do their due diligence and get a building inspector to conduct a thorough review of their investment as purchasing new is no guarantee for overall quality in the long term. I will certainly be mindful of any development bearing their name with my experience.

I love this company because I met Nunzio and his ethics and integrity are second to none. I leased commercial property from his company and dealt with him an absolute gentleman. I really would love to buy a penthouse in his new development in Oakleigh but cannot seem to get any email to follow up from inquiries. Lol!

The best commercial builder I have ever worked for. They incorporate a proffessional relationship to the client and continue it through to the trades.
