Not recommended! My car mileage 43,000 km, regular service booked, as got the invoice more than 900$ , which is 500! Labour for major part changing. Brake fluid , transmission fluid and regular service for 900$, don’t waste you money!!!!

Very professional service, great communication. Have uber service to and from the service centre as long as not more than $25 per trip. Found the fault in my car and fixed it under warantee without any fuss. Would go back and would recommend. As a side note, there was a lady complaining about the cost of her service while I was there- if you want the privilege of owning and driving a car (and yes, it is a privilage), then invest in looking after it and stop making other people's lives hard when they are just trying to do their job and also help you! Rant over...

Won't be using these guys again. Service prices continue to go up and up on each and every car service. Paid just under 1K and wasn't even a major service on a car that has only 40000 k's on it.Customer service is also nothing to speak of if that means anything.Spoke to other people who have used them or were previous clients of theirs and they all tell me the same thing. I know I'm getting ripped off so it's time to look elsewhere.

Horrible experience recently. They recommend change of unnecessary items and sabotage. Since Ringwood closure, I tried these guys. They rip off. Dishonest and bad attitude. If you insist on Honda Service, go to another service centre. Totally disappointed.

I have had my Honda services twiced by Doncaster and both times, I was received by cold customer service, it did not matter how polite I tried to be they cared very little and wanted to do even less. I think I was spoilt by Ringwood Honda and miss the customer care I received. Looks like we will be taking our Honda elsewhere, after all we are the customers and get sick of being treated poorly.
