Called out the Rivercity team when I bought a new digital lock online and it was incorrectly installed by my builder. They'd never seen this model before, but worked tirelessly to troubleshoot it with me and managed to get it fixed and working. Would highly recommend.

I went in with a key and dead lock problem thinking It may be some days later to collect, they asked me to take a seat and within 10 minutes all fixed and there pricing was less than recommended retail.By the way it wasn’t because they were quiet they were flat out helping other customers.

We had our keys to 2 cars and homes (and the cars themselves) stolen in a home invasion in January and of course were then worried about our security immediately following.Mat Lane was amazing in coming out after hours to rekey our home locks for both homes in Corinda and attended to the job with great courtesy and efficiency to help us feel safe.Highly recommend Rivercity Locksmiths, especially Mat.

Ordering and installation went smoothly.Mat was great. Kept me informed about his arrival time, what he was doing, and explained an optional extra (that was in the original quote) which I then decided not to take - no dramas.He even put back a door knob on one of our toilet doors for free.Have to wait to see how the security system goes, but installation was exceptional!

On a Sunday afternoon recently I managed to lock myself out of my house with no way of getting in. On top of that, there was a key which had broken off in one of the door locks that I'd never got around to fixing.Upon calling Rivercity Locksmiths, Mat promptly came out to deal with both the issues professionally and effectively.I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
