Professionalism and conduct is poor.Bought a caboodle, ended up not being able to use it. Sits under bed in box after 7 months. I'm not going to blame or shame here, but what I will say is regardless of if the consumer chooses the wrong product or possibly mislead in the process, the after sales support needs to be there. It wasn't. I WAS that person that bought netting from this company MANY moons ago, and highly recommended it to all the cat breeders and friends. Yet on this experience I was told we don't refund for change of mind". To be clear even if the cage was double the price I would have paid it IF it suited the purpose. Please next time maybe listen to what I'm using it for

Has been great for the cat but after a few years steps break and hammock dislodges. We have tried to repair steps. The tunnel is a great addition. But for $4k would expect more durability.

We are so incredibly happy with the cat net. Great customer service, the job was done very professionally, tradesmen was very clear about the costs and the work involved when we had the quote done. Best decision ever and our cat is loving it!

Never buy from Catmax.The customer service is absolutely appalling..Promised an enclosure within a week but closer to a month and still nothing..No answers forthcoming and stonewalling at every corner..Happy to take your money though.I will not take this review down and your disgusting manner with customers who are not happy is further justification for their response.The truth hurts.You did not resolve my issues only refused to refund my money so my only option was to take the product. I was not going to just give you more than $3700 for nothing.Your installer was amazing not anything else and I only signed because he went above and beyond to try to make amends.He deserves to be paid more.Change your attitude.. your customers are what keeps you going..and word of mouth can be very powerful..

$100 just to do a quote? What a joke. Plenty of other companies around with way better customer service. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.In reply to owner response. (who has since deleted his comment) Why did you tell me over the phone it's $100 for a quote then?

I have used Catmax twice now, 5 years apart and in two different locations. They were been brilliant both times. My cats absolutely love being able to go outside on the balcony and I don't have to worry about them jumping over :) . Both times I have used them their service, product and installation have been perfect. If I ever move again I will definitely be using them again

Bad Customer service and their 10yr Guarantee is rubbish!I employed Catmax 7 years ago for a very large and expensive cat enclosure. Last few years the netting has frayed on the sides and the netting has deteriorated causing a large hole. When I asked them about sending someone to repair this under their warranty, they claimed they didn’t install the frame which is what has caused the problem!? They designed, installed and provided all the materials! They claimed their was no notes on the job...Absolute rubbish! After numerous disappointing emails, they said they would allow it under warranty but have to pay for someone to come out for their time!?They also told us we are just people looking for a “freebie” - after that comment we were definitely not letting these people into our home and definitely not recommending anyone use them or believe in their “service and warranty”. As a cat sitter, I won’t be referring this company at all.
