Warning! Very dodgy when trying to sell laptop. I took in a perfectly working laptop to sell worth $1500 new, only 8 months old which I no longer needed.They low balled me an offer of $250 so I naturally declined. I picked up my laptop yesterday after over a week of them doing tests" to find my laptop was not turning on. They said it was a non operating laptop which only worked some of the time and it is a hardware issue. Non of this was told to me when I picked up my laptop.I took it to the place I purchased it from and they advised that the software had been deliberately corrupted and they fixed it straight away."

The Renewd experience was positive, friendly and efficient. Like all businesses, we wind up with laptops that are faulty, or at end of life for our purposes. Renewd provides an effective alternative to selling devices off via ebay or equivalent. Recently had a great experience with them. I’d ordered a refurbed laptop from them but soon changed my mind and wanted a different model that was also in their catalogue. I sent an email to them wanting to change my order within 2 hours of placing it. They responded to my request immediately on the next business day and sorted it out without any fuss. I even got to keep the promo code bonus out of all that. Very pleased with the outcome!

Highly suggest not going with this place, i experienced graphic issues with a desktop I ordered so got the item returned. Item was delivered to them and they say they couldn't find anything wrong with it even though I've got videos of the issues. They say they can only give in-store credit, the ACCC and consumer affairs say I'm entitled to have my money back.Other reviews also claim having issues getting refunds, untrustworthy company renewd is. They completely ignored me when I mentioned I can show video evidence.Update: showed them video evidence, and they claim it was HDMI issue when it works perfectly fine. They refused a refund when it's against the law, very sketchy company.Update 2: turns out they gave me wrong storage also, product had 1tb hard drive when I ordered 512gb ssd, all the more reason why I'm entitled to a refund.

Renewd has helped me and my family save lots of money as opposed to buying new. My not so tech savvy family love their laptops.If there was the option to have a new battery installed, I'd gladly pay extra to avoid needing to replace them after a short while.
