Used to really enjoy ordering from here. It has definitely changed and not for the better. Not as good as it used to be. Some of the staff at the counter are rude. If you do not enjoy dealing with people and working in customer service, perhaps look into another line of work. Otherwise look into some training in basic manners for customers who pay for a goods and service that ultimately keeps you employed.

Tasty, cheap Chinese food. It's not a restaurant in the traditional sense, more akin to a Chinese drive through. I waited around 20 minutes but that's probably on the longer side of their usual preparation time. The food itself is good, it won't blow you away, but it's quite delicious for what you pay for.Overall, if you're thinking of having fast food, come here instead.

My husband and I order from here frequently but lately the order is consistently wrong. Fine, mistakes happen but most recently he goes in to pick up an order. (Completely missed an entire meal, but of course charges for it).My husband has a medical mask exemption and the girl working that night asked him to put on his mask. He replied he is exempt and she scoffs, yeah right.Your customers have paid YOUR wages and kept you employed. Staff across the board need to me more open minded and kind; you have no idea about anyone’s conditions or life. Stop being judgement and just get the order right.Reading other reviews it seems rudeness is a common theme from the staff. No idea why people who are incapable of a smile and a kind nature work in customer facing roles.

Great place but if you’re going to be closed, update store listing online, I’ve tried for 45 min to order ahead and no answer 5.45 to 6.30 25th Jan. Gave up and went somewhere else.

Awesome little eatery - great food, service and surroundings. Freshly cooked meals, recommend you try the Hone pepper beef and the woked special fried rice dish. The duck dishes were also fabulous! A local gem which i will be returning to! Parking is slightly chaotic if it is rush hours as the slopes are not easy for you to manage. In that case you may leave car beside shopping centre and walk few meters.

Ordered twice in the last couple of weeks and the meat was like rubber and food was definitely not up to the standards it used to be.Won’t be ordering from here anymore which is a shame. Also, if you call to enquire about a dish that has absolutely no flavour, you are told it’s not meant to have flavour (?!?!)Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I have been there twice and it was each time a disappointment! There is a very rude girl working as a half kitchen hand half cashier who gave me such a look after receiving a fork and asking for chopsticks, that I was thinking I wished I drove the 30 min to Laksa King rather than losing my appetite after having to deal with such a rude person for the second time.I really regret that visit to this franchise and will never ever go again. This rude way of treating costumers should not be tolerated!

Wok Endeavour Hills used to be our go to place for great food. We have been a customer since the place opened many years back. However the last 2 years we have seen the standards drop dramatically. After having under cooked fried rice 3 times in a row, we stopped coming here. We tried them again and this time the fried rice was burnt. There was obviously something burnt (peas) and the smell was overwhelming. It could not be eaten and we threw it out.The lemon chicken was also a favourite but the batter was undercooked and too thick this time too. It could not be eaten, the texture was just muck. We received no sauce (which is amazing by the way) with my mini vegetarian spring rolls. We spent $80.00 and threw most of it out.My advice - dont order when busy. It affects their cooking as they rush too much. However we ordered when quiet and then you dont get the senior cooks and then the food is undercooked. After giving Wok heaps of chances to get back to their standards 2-5 years ago, I sadly say we will not be using their services again. They only thing that has improved is the phone service.

I always order from Woke Endeavour Hills whenever we decide for Chinese.Tonight we ordered 4 Large special fried rice as usual, usually it's great until tonight. (For David)All the fried rice had virtually no meat, chicken or prawns. 90 percent of it was literally egg bits and rice.Very disappointed and frustrated as we always come here but after tonight won't be coming back. Very unacceptable of what we received, it was all virtually egg bits and rice. No flavour at all and as I said no chicken, meat and prawns. What a shame.
